Terms & Conditions – Training Seat Purchase
Seat Purchase vs. Booking
Purchasing a training seat does not commit you to a specific course date. You may assign your seat to any upcoming course, subject to availability.

A £250 deposit is included in the seat price. The deposit becomes committed only when a seat is assigned to a specific course date. If a date is selected during purchase, the deposit is committed immediately.
Learner Eligibility
All learners must provide evidence of prior learning and meet the minimum entry requirements before attending the course.
It is the learner’s responsibility to submit this evidence in advance.
If a learner fails to provide suitable evidence or does not meet the criteria, the seat will be cancelled.
If the seat has not been assigned to a course date, a full refund will be issued.
If the seat has already been booked onto a course, the deposit will be retained and the balance refunded.
Rescheduling Policy
Once a seat is assigned to a course date, the deposit becomes non-refundable and non-transferable. Rescheduling will require a new deposit to confirm the new booking.
Cancellations
If you cancel a booking after assigning a date, your deposit will be retained. Refunds of any remaining balance may be offered at our discretion with at least 14 days' notice.
Course Delivery
We reserve the right to reschedule courses or change delivery details (e.g., venue, trainer) if required. Notice will be given as early as possible.

Travel and Accommodation
We recommend that learners use flexible or refundable travel and accommodation options. Spiers Group is not liable for any third-party costs incurred due to rescheduling or cancellation.
